Hit a bit of a roadblock, I am helping Ranger Andy figure out why Station Charlie went silent. I got out to the station, found all the dead NCR troops and two audio recordings - one of the trooper, and one apparently left by the Legion. There is no advancement from there, and going back to Andy only has him tell me "see if you can figure out who did it or what happened". I went back to the station and went over the building three times digging in case I missed another tape with no luck. Anyone know if what I need is in there or someplace else to continue on with that unmarked side quest? The last tape I found mentioned a single female trooper being taken alive.

was wondering the same thing the tape said they took a female prisoner maybe you have to save her no idea where she is though

Did you look in all the rooms, because when i went back to Andy it let me tell him that they are all dead and he taught me something.

I did look in all the rooms, with no luck. There was a locked safe under the bed (consoled it open just in case) with just random loot inside it, though it is *possible* something got blown under a bed when the tripwire in the doorway to the bunkroom exploded - I tried every possible angle to see for certain though with no success. Andy only tells me "we need to find out who did this".

I think this quest must be bugged. I went there and back, just grabbing the holotapes and it turned out fine. Hopefully it is something they will fix with the next patch.

Is anything supposed to happen besides him just saying you need to find out who did it? I never even got an official quest for this anyway.

I went to Charlie, before speaking to Andy. There were people inside, and one of them said that their location is causing them broadcasting problems. The other guy said that the officer in charge was on a patrol, and will be back shortly.

When I spoke to Andy, he taught me the Ranger-Tripping move (moving backwards, while doing a power attack), and then told me to go check on his friends. Imagine my surprise when I saw that everyone was slaughtered, and there was a legion crew wandering around outside at the time. The thing though, is that there was a ranger sniper on the top of the station, and he would have made short work of the Legionnaires if they had attacked. But there was only one guy outside, and the two inside. There was a NCR patrol that I followed to keep safe on the road, but they got ambushed by the Legion, and got slaughtered. Hey, maybe that was the officer who was on his way back? I didn't want to start messing stuff up for the Legion, so I didn't help out the NCR, but I thought that they would win - not just kill one guy, and all of them die. Go figure.
