I thought it was because of my radiation, but it's not. It was the very first perk I took. After I cleared my radiation I still reload normally. What a waste of perk.

Sorry for the double post, but am I the only one this perk is broken for? It's BS. It stopped working around level 6 or 7. I'm on level 11 now.

There seems to be a lot of perks that don't do anything try picking Wild Wasteland. As far as I know it hasn't did anything for me.
