The idea here is to use Archery as the main skill for most kills and is things gets close i would switch to a two handed weapon to finish the battle.
no plans on using magic outside of restoration's first 2 healing spells and only use a light armor.

Plz rate it as i've never played and archer in the game before.

I'd drop Two-Handed in favor of Sneak. That you way you can use daggers in close quarters if necessary.

I'd also drop Fire, Frost, and Storm Enchanter from Enchanting.

With all three crafting professions perked, you'll need at most 1 point in Agile Defender (or a Fortify Light Armor enchant). I'd dump that tree entirely.

Otherwise looks decent.

Edit: As LeBurns mentioned, perking all three crafting professions will grant you godlike powers. If that sounds fun, go for it. You'll kill everything in a single shot, and nothing will be able to hurt you. If that sounds boring, consider dropping 1-2 of the crafting professions.

There are a lot of perks on the Archery tree. There are also a lot of perks on the Two-Handed tree. If you used one-handed instead, half those perks wouldn't be needed as they are weapon specific or for dual wielding.

I guess what I'm trying to say is I would just use Bow or One-Handed Sword (which you can still block with). This gives you more perks for things like Sneak, which is really handy if you are sniping alot.

I think you got too many perks in the crafting skills. I make it a rule now to never add perks to more than one crafting skill per character. Doing otherwise always ends up with an overpowered character that is no fun to play.

An archer without stealth just seems kinda boring to me. Plus with stealth (deadly aim perk) you can do x3 damage with a sneak attack. Only costs 3 perks to reach that. I would lose some of your Fire/Frost/Storm enchant perks. Don't need all 3. (Frost is nice mainly for the slow effect though)

Edit: waay to slow. :D
