Trying to get "old vaquero" perk for Raul. To do this, you have to talk to loyal, Sgt. sterling, and ranger Andy. each time you talk to one of these men, Raul talks. after talking to all three you get the perk. unfortunately, when I talk to Andy, Raul does not respond, therefore putting the quest to a halt. Although it's not the first time i've talked to Andy (I talked to him before, without Raul) this did not seem to matter with Sterling and Loyal. Please fix This!

I could be wrong but I thought I read somewhere the the new patch makes it impossible to do Raul's quest. Thought I read it on the Wikia.

yup, same issue here. cool, i've been experiencing all the other problems like everyone else but you're the first to mention this one. i literally spent 30 min. in ranger andy's room going through all the dialogue options with andy and raul and....... nothing. i gave up and sent raul back home, lol :thumbsup:
