Real Life Dragon Encounters...

Post » Fri Jun 01, 2012 7:31 am

So, I was walking to my office, from my car, when a bird (I assume it was a bird) casts a shadow across the walkway.
I dropped to one knee (I'm a stealth type) and started looking skyward for the Dragon, until I realized that I wasn't in Skyrim. I was in Indiana.
Quickly, I managed to start tying my shoes. HmmDeeHmm... Just tying my shoes folks... :whistling:

This happen to you?

Come to think of it, maybe you are the dragonborn and you just don't know it yet.

Nothing like that yet - but I remember a few years back it occurred to me that I was probably playing too many games when I was waiting to cross the road and (very briefly but frighteningly) the thought popped into my head that if I got hit by a car I could always reload.

:o :o :o

Mmmmm.....hasn't happened to me but I can understand it happening to someone if say they were playing all night and went to work without sleep and all they could think of was Skyrim.

This whole 'arrow in the knee' business, just ain't funny! My uncle Got an arrow in the knee once. It was a little funny, but that's not the point! The poor guy had to take a security job at the mall... uh... never-mind.

Strangely he does have a lot in common with Skyrim city guards. :)
