whenever i use the gun thingy to try and make helios 1 fire, the game freezes, this is real depressing beacause i was planning to rp with it

is there a way to fix this problem?

if your a pc player, there is a perk you have to disable go look in the pc issues for the game its talked about there. One of the energy weapons perks breaks it.

im on xbox, right, start new caracter, no energy weapons perks, got it
