Rebalancing Idea - Please Read

What if, instead of using the leveled item system, Skyrim used an weapon upgrade system, similarly to the Ebony Blade. For example: Dragonbane, at all levels, would have 12 base damage, 10 shock and 10+ to dragons. After each dragon you kill, you get +2 to the dragon damage enchantment, until a limit of 30. IMO, this would make the players worry less about reaching a certain level before starting a quest, which is always annoying. Maybe it could apply to the Daedric Articfacts too. Let me know what you think.

I actually like the idea. But as Courier said, they won't change it. But maybe they will implement it in a future game? We can only hope.

EDIT: After giving it more thought, I don't think it would work. Because you could go grab a weapon at level 1, upgrade it, and be overpowered. It would only work for daedric weapons since you have to be a certain level anyways. So that right there would make the system pointless anyways. :/

I dislike the idea of tying your power completely to gear. What's the point of building your character if what you actually do is completely dictated by what items you stumble upon?
What they should really do is get rid of level-scaling for the main quest and faction quests. That way there is real incentive to level up, rather than stay at a low level.

But do you think a level 1 could go kill 10 dragons just like that?

And all I ever said was that Leveled Items should be changed, not every enchanted weapon
