You need:
Italian long pasta ( like spaghetti, tagliatelle, linguine )
Dryed mushrooms
Pork meat quite fat
Estragon
Garlic
Leek
Parsley
Salt
Egg
Pepper
You should be quite familiar with some of these ingredients since some of them are very frequent in Skyrim.
The Hard way:
Take some hot or warm water ( don't boil them ) and let the dryed mushrooms in the water for 15/20 min.
Slice the pork meat and divide the meat ( that you will use later ) from the fat ( optional but in this way you do not need to add more fat in cooking )
Put in the blender: fat of the meat, garlic, leek, prasley ( not all ), estragon.
Put the blended fat in a pan on low fire then add a little bit of wine and let it dry, add dryed mushroom
and add salt, while cooking you can add the water used for the moshrooms or a little bit of hot water.
Let it cook until mushrooms are almost ready and add the sliced meat without fat.
When is cooked light off the fire and let it rest.
Boil the water for the pasta and add salt
When boiling drop the pasta and cook it as indicated on the package ( 1 minute less is better )
While you are waiting for the pasta take a bowl, put in it a nut of butter and a little bit of hot water to
melt the butter than add the yolk of the egg and mount a little bit whit a whip ( hope for the right
translation )
When the pasta is almost ready light again the fire under the pan, drain the pasta ( hope for the right
translation ) and throw it in the pan with meat and mushrooms.
Then add the egg and jump ( hope for the right translation ) allthogheter.
While jumping pasta add some cooking water if it became too dry.
To add the right mix of color you can add sliced parsley and a little bit of olive oil before serving.
Pepper on the table for those who like spicy taste.
Have a good meal.
Tip: remember that when served the pasta must not be dry, nor navigating in the sacue, it have to look
silky and smooth.
Suggestion: give this receipe to your mother/girlfriend ( then run away ) or do it by yourself.
Note: this recipe is inspired by the classical "carbonara style" mixed with some ingrediets of bernaise
sauce.

For legendary level recipe do not buy pasta: make it by yourself with water and durum wheat or flour, egg
and water. In this case good luck and make some tagliatelle: is easier.
