So I play at around 10 FPS in a dungeon. Is there anyone with lower FPS that they play on?
Let the games begin!

In Oblivion, on my old PC, when I was attacked in a forest battles were basically turn-based. With the graphic settings I used, trees turned from models into sprites at 2 meters distance. But I played it.

My new PC is teh awz0ms so I don't have these problems, but I get literally 0.3 fps if I use an ENB with ambient shadowing and float render target.

Lowest I remember seeing is around 15fps, average gameplay I get anywhere from 25fps (lots of things happening, in Whiterun for example) to 60fps (usually constant 60 inside buildings/caves/etc, interiors basically), running around the wilderness I usually get between 35-40fps.

Guess I can't complain too much.

14 fps in the middle of the Riften market. 28 fps if I move a few steps away. What in Oblivion?

On my older computer, back when my family was still struggling with poverty, I could run games like Fallout 3 on max 20 FPS with appropriate mods with occasional lag tearing it down to 1-5.

On my newest laptop I get around 30FPS no matter where I am. In Skyrim that is. As for Fallout 3 this thing can run it around 60FPS I think.

I get around 25, mostly due to mods (enb). Worth it though.

My old(er) computer got some pretty undesirable FPS while playing a heavily modded Skyrim. 15-20 or so, the point of agonizingly slow (for me). New computer does just fine :) I still get 10 fps drops every now and then, but for the most part, the engine runs fine.

At one time I launched the game and had 8-12 FPS instead of regular 30+. It turns out Nvidia Optimus failed and I was playing on integrated graphics - I was surprised the game ran at all.
I can't imagine how anyone can play with FPS lower than 20. It's just so freaking slow and painful
