Hello all,

I've Googled high and low and can't seem to find any answer to my issue.

Recently, I went through the month long process of recovering my Gamertag after it was stolen. I'm not entirely certain how it happened, since I own a Mac, lock down my wifi with WPA, and am not stupid enough to fall for the many gambits that exist for taking your username and password. Suffice it to say, I am not an idiot In any case, it has been restored to me.

During the process of dealing with tech support, I deleted the old profile and all the data on the drive associated with that profile. After recovering my gamer tag, I start the game up and wait for all the splash screens to load, but once the White Screen finally does load, it simply sits there, and stays white.

It's not technically a freeze, since I hear background music and such, but it does literally just sit there. I watch my router for network traffic, thinking perhaps there's some sort of background downloading needing to happen, communication with the server, etc, and it doesn't seem to be anything sizable happening.

So I'm stumped. I'm not all that concerned with my level 20, I'd just like to play the game again
