Recovering deleted database objects?

A few days ago I released a dungeon modification that I worked very hard on (it was also my first mod ever released). It currently has many downloads and favorites, and I've already patched most bugs pertaining to it. There is one issue however. Apparently while working on this dungeon early in its development, I accidentally deleted a specific object that just so happens to be used 74 times throughout vanilla Skyrim. That object is NorCatHallSm2way01.

This is disastrous because I can not recover this file and it has already been published to the workshop. Once people who have downloaded my mod (it's at 250 subscribers right now) start to realize that there are chunks of vanilla dungeons missing they're going to unsubscribe and my name could possibly be ruined in the process. So I ask of you, fellow modders, how the hell do I fix this? How do I recover this file like it never happened and then update the workshop version so nobody experiences the problem?

File - Data, click your mod and then Details. Sort by the D flag. Highlight all of the affected item (including the blank STAT item in that list), press the delete key and ok it out. When you press Delete, it will flip what's known as an Ignore flag on that item. This basically says "ignore this change".
