Red Guard in Whiterun. Need Help! : V

I came across 2 red guards today in whiterun. They told me they were looking for a red guard woman and they knew she was in Whiterun but they couldn't stay long so they asked me to look for her and they would give me a reward.
I dont want this Quest done for my reward, its bugging me because I cant find her. I've tried The Bannered-Mare, House of Battle-Born and Grey-Mane, Belathors shop, The War Maidens... I cant find her anywhere? Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks

She is the bar-maid in the bannered mare. no quest marker to her, and actual search quest. her name is Saadia

In the spirit of being helpful and anticipating a follow-up question, you will be facing a tough choice. Information in-game is very limited, unless you're very familiar with the Elder Scrolls' background relating to the Red Guard woman, Saadia (it's actually referred to in a book you find in Skyrim). However, there is something you can deduce, just from observing her.

Think back to when you talked to Saadia. What was her reaction?

Now remember what she tells you to do. What does she already know?

Put those 2 things together. Is she trustworthy?
