Want to make a heavy armour, dual axe dude or dudet. What race would be better Restate or Nord?

Redguard for sure. Adrenaline Rush is godly for dual-wielding.Your power attacks are amazing, so the more often you can get them off, the better.
But... if you don't plan on using powers much, the Nord's frost resistance is extremely handy.

Orcs are the best for your description. I prefer bretons though for the magic resist, I also dislike playing non human like characters.

Redguard, that's what I went. I use two handers but the adrenaline rush is awesome!!!! It is much more usable in later levels unlike the Nords battlecry which becomes obsolete fast. On the other hand though Frost resist is better then the Poison resist.

I would still go Redguard.

I've found that the once-per-day powers are extremely useful. Even if it's only once a day, I've found that I can use mine pretty much once per quest. They're fun, too. And can make you feel like a bad-ass.
If you really don't get off on using powers, then going for a race with better passive bonuses is preferable.

I am finding they're are way more frost enemies than other types of elemental enemies in the game, so you might want to take that into consideration.

Really though, the more you play, the more you realize you can make up for a lot of this stuff. You can drink potions for stamina regen and you can wear enchantments for frost reduction.

My advice is make a character you want to look at while you play the game, and just work your way to gear them up for whatever you face down the road.

My thoughts when I chose Imperial - but next time I probably will go Nord for the frost resistance. So common.

True, if you don't want to go down the enchanting road, then this would probably be one of the most useful race benefits.

Personally a Nord for 1st choice followed by an Imperial or an Orc.

Then maybe a Redguard.

I think you'd have more fun playing a Redguard, and a more mellow time playing a Nord.

orc is the best, not only they are the coolest looking race in skyrim but they have their berserker rage which gives you double damage done and half damage taken for 1 minute, with this even the hardest battles become a breeze...
