I know its supposed to be realistic, but in first person view the shaking is too much especially when climbing stairs. Any way to reduce it by a mod or other fix?

Try http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/downloads/file.php?id=1450. It still shakes when you run up and down stairs but most of the rest of the head bob and sway is removed including the sway in the crafting screens. I can't play without it.
