In Riften, at the bunkhouse, in the owner's room (the owner who takes her worship of dibella "too" far) there is a pot of honey and a vial of Falmer Blood Elixer. The honey is a food that heals for 2 points of health, the FBE heals 1 point of health so they are kind of useless BUT this is the 1st time in all of skyrim that i have ever encountered these 2 items. I am sure they are most likely alluding to some crude six joke but other than that do they serve a purpose?
What I discovered in the Bunkhouse was Helga's fortune of Stamina potions at her bedroom. I never found any honey though, it is one of the rarest items in the game.
The Falmer blood elixir let's you "make love like a sabercat" or some such nonsense. Brynjolf makes a lot of big claims but as you can see it doesn't do much of anything.
I think you can hear Brynjolf (sp) hawking Falmer Blood Elixir in the square. Some of the things he claims it can do are pretty funny.
Make love like a sabercat i believe, i totally forgot about that. So i get that now, but the honey is unique and i dont want to sell or eat it at the risk of missing out on some secret meaning
I won't spoil the quest for you, but speaking to the girl who works in the Bunkhouse with Haelga will give you a quest ... It involves Haelga's 'initimacy' with quite a few men ...

Making love like a sabercat is best left to sabercats, and even that is up for debate.
Personally, I only drink Falmer Blood Elixir because it helps me see into other people's thoughts.
In addition to the potion and the honey, there's also a, ahem, rather phallically-shaped mammoth tusk and several leather strips under her bed. I'll leave the conclusions up to you guys.

I think it should be fairly obvious to anyone what's being implied, particularly given the context. I did pause the game when dealing with that particular sequence in order to pay homage to Sid James, Kenneth Williams, and all of the rest of the cast of the Carry On films.
