Im at the door where I have to use the glass claw to open but I can't get any one the rings to move. I can't insert the claw but I get move any of the rings. Is there a way around this or is this just another quest bug.

Sounds more like a temporary UI glitch. Try reloading.

I've reloaded rebooted still can't get them to turn. svcks now I can't do the questline.... Errr

Are you using the correct claw? Also you need to move the rings into the correct position before inserting the claw.

It's def the glass claw.. There's a YouTube video out there 100s of people with the same problems. So many buggy quests in this game, those should be priority to fix rather than more eye candy.
