Release Conversation

This is pretty much how I picture the conversation concerning the release of FONV at Bethesda on or around mid October:

President: “Is FONV ready for release yet?”

Team Lead: “No sir, there are some major glitches and freezing issues to work out.”

President: “But we only have a week until the release date, when will it be ready?”

Team Lead: “We need two weeks to make sure the game is reliable”

President: “Non-sense, kids don’t care about reliability, as long as they have it on the day we promised. Mandatory overtime for everyone!”

Team Lead: “Everyone is already working overtime sir, some are even sleeping here”

President: “Sleeping? I don’t want them sleeping, I want them working 26 hours a day”

Team Lead: “There’s only 24 hours in a day sir.”

President: “Really? Then tell them not to eat! Absolutely no eating, that’ll save an hour.”

Team Lead: But sir…”

President: “And no bathroom breaks, absolutely no bathroom breaks, they can pee at their desks.”

Team Lead: “Seriously?”

President: “I want this game released on time, I don’t care how man PS360s and XB3’s freeze up.

Team Lead: “Anything else, sir?”

President: “Yes, I want a rush put on the DLC!”

Team Lead: **Sigh**
