Remember Pearl Harbor

As some of you may know, today is dec. 7, where 70 years ago Pearl Harbor occurred. I am making this thread to honor the people who died on that faithful day

Remember everyone. I don't think there is much difference between the people who died at perl harbour and those that died in the bombing of tokyo. The common man died due to the stupidity/idiocy of a few very powerful people.

And militarism culture of japan at the time that was craftily put forward by the government and lets not forget the propaganda and strict control of the Japanese media. Heck during Japanese baseball games at the time the government made the players replace specific words dealing with baseball and replace them with less american words.

Glad I wasn't the one to say it.

I agree with this 100%. On days like, well, yesterday for me, it is important to remember all those who died in these conflicts. Men, women, children, the sick, the lame and the elderly all died due to the foolishness of those who thought the world was theirs to command.

American, Japanese, Australian, Canadian, New Zealander, British, German, French, Russian, Polish, Italian and countless others. Those of all peoples have died in conflicts like WWII.

Lest we forget. :(
