It's an interesting question. Don't think http://www.creationkit.com/RemoveSpell will work since it is typed to a SpellID and http://www.creationkit.com/Enchantment are defined separately. The wiki shows how they are added via Base Enchantment but doesn't mention how they are removed from a player. Sorry I don't have an answer but look forward to seeing what it is.
