Each time I enter the Fort to talk to Ceaser, and I walk past the Arena, The Legion guy's will yell "You'll pay for that." And start attacking me. At first I thought it was because I kept some hold out weapons, but I tried again and gave all my weapons to the guy at the front and tried again, No luck. It's happened about 6 times now and every time they yell the same thing. Any body else have this issue?
