I am on the strip, and have just lost my companion, who was beaten to death by the white glove society.

I want to store items, as there are more items than I can carry, so I rent a room at vault 21. the rented room allows the storing of items. After a while the rental on the room expires and you can re-rent. Your items are still there when you re rent.

My question is
-if you dont re-rent for a while, do you lose the items?

Goto Novac, where for 100 caps you get a permanent room to store your goodies. Don't you have the Presidential Suite at the Lucky 38 either?

Thanks, I got the presidential sweet a couple of hours later, I will have to get another companion, then pick up my items from vault 21, i dont want to move everything to the lucky38. Lucky38 suite could be useful later though.
