im in repconn trying to get the rockets to launch, but it says i need to talk to someone, and then initiate the launch. the mission seems to take me to a manhole type thing that SHOULD go down but it doesnt. any ideas?

How far are you? Got the two items yet? Did you talk to the guy who thinks he's a ghoul?
