Someone on the nexus by the name of toddkay has 2 decorating mods, They are good but I want more! I want every type of gore.. bones, humenoid and animal, the bloogy bone versions, alters, blood stains, heads..... (a mod that lets you talk an enemy head) .. all the icky and evil deco in the game.
