The Companions give you a quest (I think it's a Radiant Quest) to go to a cave and rescue some guy named Hern. The game marked the objective as completed and told me to talk to Hern, but he's nowhere to be found. Turns out he is supposed to be in http://steamcommunity.com/id/pelagius/screenshot/630731388167575727 except for a bandit corpse. Teleporting to his RefID puts me inside the cage. Resurrecting the bandit does nothing.

Same problem for me on the PS3, in Gloomreach cave the map marker points inside the cage but there is only a dead bandit inside, checked out his home @ half-moon mill not there either. Is there any work arounds for this because i haven't finished the Totems for Hircine yet and really like running around as a werewolf in the wilderness
