I currently run two dedicated servers for Brink, and would like to find out a way to get reserved slots on the server for my clan mates and me.

From everything Ive tried checking online, it seems like I'm SOL until some sort of mod/plugin is made for this game in the fashion of AMX/SM, but maybe you guys know something on here that I dont.

On a side note, why dear god is the RCON login command so long? Why couldn't it just be like steam's rcon_password?

Forgot to add - I have changed the CVAR for Friendly Fire over and over again, re-written my server.cfg file many a time, and yet my server still does friendly fire. Maybe I misread the manual and I have to re-execute the main server.cfg file, but it would be logical that just changing it and restarting the server would reload the cfg file. Any help with this would be amazing.

i got server running as well, been going for 9 hours now. Mabee test first one of the pre configured cfg files with a simple friendly fire command added in and see if you cant get that to work before using your custom cfg file. Also with reservations unless brink has a unique command telling your cfg file which slots to keep open for which players, which prob isnt there top priority with masses returning there game.

I actually managed to turn it off last night. Apparently the reset button on the CP is broken. I had to start and then stop the server to get it working.
