There are some perks on my character I really regret and I would just like to reset them without breaking anything. I could only find one mod which (claims) to do this, but it's no longer supported and it doesn't give you your points back. I think it's strange that there are many mods that unlocks all perks but none that resets them (and give you your points back)? If there isn't a mod, at least a guide on how to safely do this via console would be nice.

First thing, make a forked save and work off of that. Messing with your character can cause all kinds of problems.

Then, for sure adding perks has to be done in the proper order, but removing them may be best done in the reverse order of getting them.

start new game, from cheats you get glitches and your game doesn't work too well later on but it's your choice
