How in the hell do I do this?

I was stealthing about at the Omerta place, opened a few doors and stole a few things that I wasnt supposed to, but never got caught (I was using a stealthboy)
However, now everytime I enter the place, im attacked by EVERYONE. Its crazy! I've even tried waiting but it dosent work, the Omertas hate me for a crime they did not know I commited.
So, hoping you guys have a trick or console command or something to help me out, would be much appreciated

the omertas dont have a rep. you should be able to just wait 3 days and be cool.
