I think the CK is using my skyrim resolution, instead of my desktop resolution. When I Open the CK and position the windows the way I want, and open skyrim in 1920*1080, my windows get re-positioned.

That's normal Windows behaviour - You can work around it by running the game at your desktop resolution or vice versa.

This happens when your resolution is changing. Windows will refit any active programs to the new resolution as best as it can.

Why do you run the game differently from your native?

For high resolution screenshots. I don't like having a huge desktop simply because I don't need that amount of room. I thought this was the CK's fault, but now it makes sense that it's windows fault.
