There are obviously many resources out there floating around for modders-to-be to use in their Fallout creations -- the problem, however, is I can't seem to find a reliable repository devoted just to these resources and modding New Vegas (in fact, most tutorials and stuff is written for FO3, and while they essentially use the same stuff, it's confusing to n00bs such as myself).

Is there a repository out there, or would it be worth the effort to try and set one up?

Note, I'm not talking about a mod repository like Nexus -- I'm talking strictly resources (sounds, textures, scripts, etc, plus willing and able manpower).

Speedy Resources - I use it myself. It's rather small for now, but he's slated to be releasing more stuff for it.
