I haven't been able to find much information on this particular issue, but it's certainly a glaring one. It seems that something in one of our updates has caused the respawn timer to "break" in certain scenarios. For instance, I've received a Radiant AI bounty quest from a Jarl in which the target location has already been cleared but the enemies are not respawning. To be sure, I've traveled to the other side of the map and waited 30 days, 45 days and 60 days (without resetting the timer by travelling to the location). I've slept, I've levelled, I've deleted the game data and reinstalled everything, and after 30 hours of playing time, these guys still haven't respawned. From what I understand, the respawn timer is broken upon returning to a cleared area before the corpses have been cleared and, rather than resetting the timer, it simply stops it altogether. I've double checked this with some other areas, with the same result. There appears to be no fix for this, unless it is coming along with the 1.6 patch.
So, just to be clear, some of you are experiencing this issue, correct? Has anyone found a workaround or heard of this issue being cleared up with the new patch? This is certainly a gamebreaker for me, and I'd be none to pleased to hear that there isn't a fix in the works for it (and yes, I know that my discontent means nothing).
