I have noticed that after clearing certain areas within the game, the enemies will not respawn, however the items and loot will respawn. Basically the area will be empty but all the chests and treasure will respawn. Places like Yorgrim overlook and Karthspire Camp haven't respawned at all. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so is there a fix for it?
