So it's been a while since I last played Skyrim and I was wondering what has changed since I was gone.

I updated my version and when I continued whatever file I was on, I saw Lucan and camilla talking about having a sale for their shop or something.

I've never even heard them say that before...

Did npcs get new dialogue?

Do npcs stop saying the same things over and over as you walk by them?

What else have changed?

Because I've really don't remember it.

Nothing really changed besides some cosmetics..like new killcams and underwater....leveling smithing got harder.It takes longer to level.A few bug fixes and the introduction of new ones.
Still waiting for DLC.

Yes. If you just hang out there, they have several bit of dialog. Nothing has changed.. including your avi, sadly.

The bow kill cam only worked like 2 times out of 15 people.

And one of the times the kill cam activated even though the shot didn't kill the target.

How does the bow kill cam activate?

Do I have to be longer ranged or close range?

Standing or crouching?

the bow and magic killcams activate just like melee killcams. no new requirements to make them activate.
