Hi guys, so a friend of mine was on this quest, where you have to move some orb with lasers with frostbite and flames spell, but he didnt solved the puzzle first and got out of the room, went to outside, hang out for a while and later on he came back to orb, but seems like he cant move the orb now..

We tried it on difrent hours, but nothing happened. Also he doesnt have any close by save, infact he always overwrited his saves..

So is there any wawy to finish this quest, or make that orb move, or anything?

Did he try interacting with the buttons?

Yeah we tried everything, it seem slike it is just bugged..

Did you reactivate the quest on the journal? Could you insert the crystal? Do you have pointers indicating the buttons? Maybe it's bugged because of the crystal still inside...
