I've been going at this for over an hour. fire and ice every kind of combination. leaving and coming back. turning off and turning back on console. nothing seems to make work. any ideas?

Use Flames once. Then Frostbite to get it in the right spot.

i did leave and come back before attempting to finish. could i possiby reload a previous game that i didnt leave and it would work?
