I installed 1.6 an my first character was fine, no problems asides from increased freezing but that seems to have stopped.

Load character 2, and everything has been fine, except I noticed here and there that My health was falling very quickly compared to normal (when faced with MAGIC) (playing as mage/archer) and this was irriating, I checked the difficulty and changed it to novice, damage didn't change and was still falling, however I could handle it.

Well I was just minding my own business at the College of Winterhold and your everyday garden variety Frost Dragon appears. So I whip out my bound bow and start trying to fill it with arrows, 2 arrows in it blasts me with frost breat and it knocks out HALF MY HEALTH in one go

So I cast Close Wounds and try attacking it again, and again half my health is depleted in one frost beath. I have just spent 20 minutes playing ccat and mouse with this thing entering and exiting the hall of elements to heal and giong out, get one arrow in, then almost die, go back inside heal, go back outside....I even got Onmund to Follow me and try to defeat it for me, and he was out for 5 seconds before he DIED.

What the heck is going on?! I do not have any negative active effects. I'm starting to think because of issue 1 this is a general magic weakness glitch rather than just dragons?
