What's up with this particular Stormcloak camp? The first time I visited this camp (on my first character), the Stormcloaks were territorial and viewed me as a trespasser (and would eventually attack if if I didn't leave the camp). This struck me as odd considering I was given free rein at the other Stormcloak camps.

On two subsequent characters, that same camp just never materialized at all. No tents, no Stormcloaks, and no icon on the world map. On my current character, same thing, except for two injured Stormcloaks writhing in pain on the ground where a tent ought to be, and now even those two Stormcloaks have disappered since then.

I've never been involved in the civil war questline on any of these characters, by the way.
