Rings for the Hand

Does anyone know where the inspector chest is for the rings for the hand in the miggen in the college?

its in the library on the left wall. your left when facing the librarian's desk.

Enter the main (circular) room of the Arcaneum; hug the left wall - the chest is at the base of the wall after the third bookcase; it is labeled "Investigator's Chest"
