I can't get them from the old lady because I don't have enough caps, nor do I have enough skill points to convince her to give it to me. So can I just like steal it? Where is it? Maybe if I kill her first? What should I do?

AFAIK, you can also kill her, and then go from there. I have no idea what repercussions (if any) this might hold.

inorite. God it's so much easier to kill some of the NPCs and get what you want than do it the long way.

A guy came up to me in the middle of nowhere shortly after finding my first one. I treated him nice, and we parted ways kindly. He had lots of info. Apparently, you've got a chance to find one of these caps every time you drink a sasparilla. Drink up!
