Re-rolling, need some advice from the pros please

Haven't played this game since December and now I want to get back into Skyrim. I need help in creating a new character. I have already decided on how I want to play this new character, but I need help on how to carefully plan him out accordinlgy. Last thing I want to do is find out I made a terrible mistake. Here is how I want to play the character.....

He uses archery as his main go-to weapon. When enemies get too close and he needs them to "back the F up" so he can use his bow and arrows again, he then uses Fos Ro Dah. If Fos Ro Dah is not available a second time, he then uses Battle Cry.

If enemies are too close once more, he then switches to sword and shield. With the shield I like to block (if need to) and bash (to stun them), and then I cut them up with power moves.

Armor? I do not want to invest in an armor build because I want my "shield" to be my main armor. I will NOT put points into armor or even give a damn about creating my own armor. My shield WILL be my armor.

Sneak? Don't really care on being a sneaky character. I'm more of a "all up in your face" but "FAST" character.

Magic? I don't know what to use for magic. So far I have been using Restoration. Should I go down this path? If so, how deep do I go into it. Or should I just choose something else?

Magic, Health, Stamina. Which should I go for the most? Stamina seems sweet because then I would have more stamina for bashing, blocking, swinging the sword and especially for sprinting away in different directions (I LOVE SPEED). Or health? Since I don't have strong armor and only rely on a shield. Or will restoration (if I choose it) be suffice.

Not going to do any crafting of any kind. I do NOT enjoy it at all!

I'm playing on Expert.

One last thing, guys, please understand and respect this, but I'm naturally an aggressive person. I need speed and serious action to keep me entertained in a game. If I start having to plan my moves out , be all sneaky etc etc, I will stop playing the game. I will get bored very easily.

Please help me how to create the best character for "my needs".

Thank you :-)

http://skyrimcalculator.com/#153606 is a sort of prototype build you could go for.

Since you want a fast and aggresive character I think a high stamina would suit you the most so I suggest a 4 level cycle where you go 1/1/2 for magica/health/stamina respectively.

Archery: Heavily invested skill.

Block: All perks are useful here, though how many increases you want in the Shield Wall perk is up to you.

One-Handed: Since it is a backupskill I recomend you go for the basic perks for damage and reducing powerattack cost.

Restoration: Onlt added two perks here for some basic healing.

As for crafting I think Enchanting will be your best bet, seeing as you won't have the need of improving armor and the Fortify Archery/One-Handed effects are pretty good.

This calculator is pretty sweet. Thank you!

As for enchanting, yes, this is the ONLY craft I thought about "maybe possibley but really quite sure" about doing down the road. LOL But, is it really necessary? I have played Skyrim before, and let me say, the combat in this game is pretty weak. I feel I"m going to enchant for no reason at all. It's as if it almost serves no purpose but other than to make ones weapons "look" nicer. No???

Fus Ro Dah isn't practical when there are multiple enemies, and since you like blocking, take the BLock perk that allows you to run with your shield raised which knocks people around just like Fus Ro Dah. It doesn't cost stamina, except that for running, so you could make great use out of that.

Oh, and Archery has a perk that stuns most people, so that could potentially solve your problem of enemies getting close.

Adding destruction and placing runes on the ground (ice rune) will also benefit a "camping archer build". :D

Oh damn! I think I already put like 2 or 3 points into "Shield Wall". Big mistake huh?

Don't take the archery paralyse perk, it is bugged with the 1.5 kill cams. Do take the knockback and slow time perks, especially with no sneak.
If you stick with restoration, and swap between shield and sword and shield and heal, the Respite perk means you can 'heal' your stamina as well, so you could get by with enough stamina for archery zooms and not a great deal of reserves for bashes and power attacks.

Thought of that and actually tried that a long time ago. I did not like it. It's too slow paced. It requires me to "strategize" and be all slow and cautious. Remember, I need speed and aggressivness. It is my nature by birth.

How will the "slow time" perk help me? How can I use this perk to my advantage?

Speed and aggressivness with an archer build? Good one!

No seriously, an aggressive build moves forward all the time. An archer moves backward :D The most aggressive archer build I've made used the dual-wielded ice-spikes + the stagger perked bow. Shoot with bow, change to spells and duel-wield shoot to stagger. Swap to bow, get a hit in, swap for magic again.. Will probably work better with a crossbow, because I'm assuming you can by-pass the whole reload animation by unequiping the weapon, just like you could in Fallout 3.

You aren't sneaking, so one shot at distance and they are all on you. The slow zoom perk gives you the chance to aim for a second shot that you may not get otherwise. Not so important if you are a good 'twitch' shooter player, but for the average rpg player, could make all the difference (not so hot on the aiming myself, the zoom is invaluable when a whole fort of bandits are bearing down fast).
