Hello,
I was running smooth before this new 1.6 patch.
I had FPS controlled by Dxtory because without it I would get terrible stuttering.
Now the stuttering is back in 1.6 even with Dxtory on and capped at 58 (like before).
In addition to the stuttering, I now the quest / options / etc screen flickers green. Very annoying, hurts my eyes.

I have turned off my Vsync in skyrim.ini and limited FPS with Dxtory
I have disabled AA in ATI catalyst control center. I use the game's AA.

Not sure what to do since I had it working and now just from patching it screws everything up ....
Do you guys have suggestions?

Catalyst at 12.4 (tried the 12.6 beta still same).
6970 x2 crossfire
AMD 1090T
