Anyone notice that running through a dungeon seems super fast compared to running outdoors?

I have Realistic Running Speed installed. It lowers my running speed quite a bit to where enemies can keep up with me or catch me if I wear heavy armor. However, I have noticed that when running through a dungeon (usually going back through cleared out areas, my speed seems super fast (like I would be naked and faster than vanilla). Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the speed difference, even without speed mods?
