Running with magic

Anyone else think sprinting with magic equipped in both hands makes you look like a complete idiot. I just started a pure mage character who is supposed to be a badass but runs like an eight year old girl.

There's a mod that makes the run animations a bit less awkward.

I don't know what you console players do... :ermm:

Walking, running, and sprinting with magic equipped looks like your character had an accident during his/her last fight and still hasn't cleaned up the mess.

It looks ridiculous, yes. Yes, there are mods for the sprint and running animations, but I've yet to see one to fix the walking animations. Unfortunately those who play on consoles will have to stick with the horrendous animations that Bethesda used. I only wish I knew why they though that particular animation would actually look good.

I would also like to cast a healing spell without having wait to pull my sword out at the same time.

Yes I agree. It feels like I'm running across a very small rope bridge or trying out for the yoyo sprint Olympics

Try running with fireballs in your hands. Then we'll see how difficult it is.

Easy... double tap the key your heal spell is set to, then draw your spell. It will be in both hands.
