From what i can gather is that the game runs bad when:Near NPC's,Talking to NPC's,And just runs bad.Now,all of this has happend to me.I could play fallout 3 on high with 40-50 FPS normally but in NV the default is medium and i get worse framerate on that.Now i want to know why this is happening? Does anyone know why it runs like ****?

I wish I knew dude, I find it unnacceptable that Obsidian or Bethesda hasn't at least apologized to us yet. I understand they dont HAVE TO but you dont do this to loyal customers, seems like PC games are being put on the bottom of the list more and more.

I agree 100%,if only they whould SAY something about it!
