Ok so I have a question about the ability to transfer saves.

I have been living with my roommate for 2 years, and we have been exclusively using his Xbox and hard drive for playing video games. Although while I was playing skyrim I used my xbox live account.

We are now going separate ways, and I'm just curious about how I can keep my skyrim character.

I know I can transfer my Xbox live account to my hard drive, but will that also transfer my save files?

Also I just downloaded dawnguard, to his hard drive, that is something I can not transfer, correct?even though i downloaded it on my xbox live account. if I wanted to continue playing dawnguard I would have to download it again?

Save game files to flash drive upload to new Xbox and use the same account, just make sure the updates are downloaded before loading the save file.
