hey guys. so i am in Caesars camp and i need to do what he wants me to do with the platinum chip. anyway, benny is tied up and apparently i get to choose how he dies. however, i sorta like Benny, sure he tried to kill me... twice, but my character see's a lot of himself in the chief of the Chairmen. Anyway, benny says if i give him a bobby pin and a stealthboy, he'll be able to escape on his own, no worries. however everytime i give him a bobby pin and stealth boy, the entire legion becomes hostile to me and benny, and slaughter us both! so my question is this, is there any way to save Benny, without the entirety of the legion turning on the two of us? I would really like to save the guy, but at the end of the day, i'm more important than him, and if there is no way i can save him discreetly, im just gunna have the poor scrap crucified.

i could really use a hand here haha, i cant continue and im just sorta sitting in my basemant twiddling my thumbs

well, it looks like poor ol' Benny has to die haha i've grown weary of waiting for a reply haha.

oh, turns out you dont kill him right away, need to go down into the underground area first. so there is still time to save Benny!

The guide says you can save Benny and let him live, but I haqve yet to get to that point in game yet.

thanks, hopefully an opportunity will present itself. i dont know why, but i've taken a liking to him, it would sadden me to see him die haha.

I agree with Donkeycow, I just can't bring myself to kill anyone who embodies the suave, classy stereotype of the 40s that I love so much.

No matter how many times he betrays me I just won't be able to kill him.

I'm having the same issue! I actually think Benny is great, hah. I saved standing right in front of him and have tried several scenarios of letting him escape (giving him the stealthboy or just untying him several times) but I can never make it out of there since my weapons have been confiscated and my followers are outside, etc etc etc. Ugh! I really want him to live.

okay, i did it haha. i saved Benny. after i was done with Caesar, i went over, gave Benny the goods and then just BOOKED it haha. i died like 12 times trying to escape but i eventually did it. they go for Benny briefly before giving up and going for you, so if ur quick, you can get out of the tent before anyone in that room does any damage too you. but after that you still have a long ways to go. dont stop to fight at all, just keep running.
