In my opinion,
  • Paralyze spell (like they kiss their beautiful victims and paralyze them) uhu, you seen it happen.. in Twilight movie!
Now you try..

IDK, there several that come to mind. Although, none of them are influenced by anything remotely close to a teen movie.

Well, vampries in many movies are one sixy male/female luring victims into fake love. So charm spell? But Blade...in that univers vampires should have impressive health regeneration (remember restoring lost head or hand?).

I would think a Command would be more appropriate as opposed to charm. Vampires are known for their dominating gaze in D&D.

As for Elder Scrolls vampires, invisibility is a staple.

I think detech life is important as it helps you hunt your prey so to speak. When ever I roll a vampire character I always go for that spell early as i think it just makes sense. I miss how oblivion's vampire sight had that already

How do a vampire kill their enemies? What would be the "typical weapon"?

I don't really need any vamp spells. Not that they aren't good, I can just get by without them. However, I would have LOVED to see Resist Normal Weapons come back! That was incredibly useful! No vampire should be without it.
