I picked up the rock-it launcher schematic and i get the note telling me what i need to make it.
When i go to the workbench rock-it launcher is not on the list..

And i thought in fallout 3 when you grabbed a schematic you can consume it from your inventory and then you can build it.
Well when i pick up schematics i just get a note and no item in my inventory.

How do you build the rock-it launcher and/or other schematic weapons?
Is this a bug or am i doing something wrong?

My repair skill is 90 =/
