I know there are certain trigger boxes that you can place which applies mist/fog to the screen. However, what I am looking for is an effect that gives the screen some blur and the impression of it shaking (it's going to be accompanied by a distant roar from a monster). I'm pretty sure an effect similar to this has occured several times in the vanilla game.. so what is the name of this effect that I am looking for? Or can this be done in any other way?

Look at what they did when Alduin first breathes fire on you at your execution in Helgen. That should have what you're looking for.
