I've finished Veronica's main questline, and I decided to go get her a dress. So I went to Ultra-Luxe, killed some filthy cannibals, and gave her an outfit... which was nice. She totally spazzed out in gleeful jubilation about getting the outfit and offered to teach me some new moves...

But... after the fade to black... nothing happened. I didn't get a new perk, didn't get Scribe Counter. Not that it's overly important, since I don't do unarmed combat, but it is slightly baffling.

I have this same problem, little more annoying for me because i'm a full unarmed character, I tried giving her both formal wear and the white glove suit, both times she tried to teach me. Also told her not to teach me right away and then tried to get it through the conversation, no luck there either. Eh, Powerfist to the face is still just as effective as it was before the bug so i'll survive.

Same problem here ...
