Script Help - Spawning creatures and stopping them!

Hello, I've run into some problems, since I svck at scripting :tongue:

I need two scripts, which are supposed to be tied to each other somehow.

The first script should spawn a certain creature (let's call it CreatureX) at two different xMarkerHeading every 60 seconds. There should probably be some electric/shock effect one the creature the moment it appears. This should continue all the time, UNLESS: a variable/quest variable/global/whatever I should use, is set to 1. This variable should be set to 1 by pressing a lever, which should simultaneously play the sound SoundX and disable the reference RefX. The lever must obviously play its animation as well.

I really have no idea of how to start this. It's also been a really long while since I last scripted, so I've gotten a bit rusty !!! I've been looking at the wiki, but I need some more concrete/specific help. So if someone could write the script for me, or at least give me a rough draft of it, it would be beyond awesome! It's much easier to follow the script coding in a script made specifically for what you want, rather than looking at examples at the wiki!
